Per System/ Annual Membership

The Blue collar family plan includes TWO maintenance visits yearly. At these visits our technicians will take a comprehensive look at your system in the spring AND in the fall. During your spring visit, the technician is checking to make sure all of your air conditioning functions are working. During the fall, the technician is checking to make sure all of your heating functions are working. If the technician has any concerns, they will address them with you at this visit. Both of these visits are essential to keeping your system functioning at the best it can!

 

You will also receive a 10% discount on diagnostic testing, parts and equipment. This will be applied to your invoice at the time of service.

You will have no dispatch, within reason, (holidays not included this this) for the lifespan of the membership. 

 

(Disclaimer: there will be a dispatch fee for more than two nuisance calls per year. These are calls regarding weird sounds, smells, etc. If we inform you of failing part, and you choose not to address the issue at that time, then call in for system not working and it's because of said part you will be charged a Dispatch FEE.)
